Insurances Accepted

We accept the following insurance plans:

• OhioRISE (Through Aetna Better Health® of Ohio)

OhioRISE is a Medicaid managed care program that offers specialized behavioral healthcare for youth from Aetna Better Health® of Ohio, part of Aetna® and the CVS Health® family.

Self-Pay & Professional Fees

We offer transparent self-pay rates for those without insurance or for services not covered by insurance:

• Initial intake session (60 minutes): $150.00

• Individual session (45 minutes): $130.00

• Services provided by a social work or counseling intern: $50.00

A sliding scale is available for those who qualify. Please contact our office for more details.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur an $80.00 fee.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are subject to rescheduling and may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

Exceptions may be considered for true emergencies.
